I had been in a not so well state and comforting mamon from red ribbon was the answer. They still didn’t have the pan de sal when I went but happy I was able to get a pack of butter mamon and ube flan slice cake. The service was great and the staff was very pleasant. Clean and organized.

Mary was incredibly nice. Great customer service. I would definitely return and try otger food menu items. Tried multiple menu items as this was our first time here.

Red Ribbon never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you’re craving when you walk in. But what really made this visit stand out was the customer service. Mary and Sharon went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind the entire time. You can tell they care about the customers and take pride in what they do. Great food is one thing, but service like that is what keeps people coming back. I’ll definitely be returning!

This is my first time went to Red Ribbon, I went a head took 2 of each Mammon, a pack of 6 of cheese bread and 1 pack of 5 butter bread… they are all taste so good, too bad they are out of Ube mamon. The place is clean, the services are friendly and wonderful. Jasmine and her coworkers greeted me with a smile. And I got family discount. Looking forward to come back soon.

Mary and Kath are very friendly and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable of the products and have explained that the assorted pastries pack is no longer available. In addition to the to-go orders, I also ordered arroz caldo meal. The arroz caldo and mango cake slice are really good. I just noticed that the serving got smaller compared to the last time I was here.
